this month taught me something simple: persistence isn't about brute force. reminds me of debugging code - you don't just randomly try fixes, you look for patterns, understand what went wrong.
what's really clicking is how success builds on itself. each win becomes a data point, teaching you something new. sometimes you need to completely change your approach, but that's not a setback - it's an optimization.
turns out persistence is just good engineering, in code and in life.
