recently, many people have asked how I ship fast. my system is counterintuitive

i'm a full-bore multitasker. 100+ tabs, multiple projects in flight, always. chaos to some, critical for speed to me.

the unlock is context design. i organize by project, not by app. (Gnome nails this, btw.) your brain context-switches far more efficiently.

transitions are pre-baked. i leave detailed breadcrumbs for my future self at every pause. zero friction re-entry.

i never block more than 30 mins. your body hates stasis. i work in short, intense rap-fueled bursts. momentum is everything.

for me peak output happens when I'm slightly overloaded. forces focus. keeps the engine hot.

still iterating. but it works for now.
